Preparation of the sauce

Ingredients

  • tomato sauce (organic is a plus)
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • How many peppers do you want and the ones you love the most
  • 1/2 onion 
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt

Cooking method

  1. Chop garlic, onion, chilli peppers and tomato sauce
  2. cook the sauce slowly
  3. add the seasoning (salt, vinegar)
  4. taste to understand when it is ready (time is at your leisure)
  5. filtered with a strainer 
  6. poured into glass jars

P.S.

To keep the jar and prevent mold you have to boil it in water for fifteen minutes. In this way it will create the vacuum effect.

The open jar should be consumed immediately or stored in the chiller.
